This model is based in the Model "Thelma", but is composed by four Pyramids, forming a mansion of big stylish and space. The useful surface in groun floor is 379 m2, plus the upper floor of the four pyramids. In totality 475 m2.
The Price -key in hand- in any site of Spain: 600.000 €, but can have any light difference by options of materials.
Equally to "Thelma" and "Gibur" models, Gizé-4 have an antifire automatic system, but the components make highly difficult the possibility or fire. The wool of structure is treated with antiflame products; the inside of the termoacustic pannel cannot burn, and the total external cover of aluminium have one milimeter of thickness.
